Jessica was introduced to yoga after beginning her first full time desk job (at Exelon!) after college in
2006, and quickly appreciated yoga's ability to combat the hours spent sitting at the desk while
improving both her mental and physical strength. Through yoga, Jessica has learned more about
herself and has learned to apply the lessons from the yoga mat to areas outside of her life, including
at the office and home. She believes yoga meets you where you are and allows you to be exactly
who you are meant to be. Jessica lives in Naperville with her husband and 90-pound labardoodle lap
dog. She can be found online at jessicakyoga.com.
